He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Davis and Gibb Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Franklin; his children, Rick, Cynthia Eubanks and Cathi Aycock (Coleman); his grandchildren, Ashley Eubanks, Nikki Bloomer (Sean), Whitney Cook (Ken Harper), Billy Parker, Cole Aycock and Claire Aycock; and his great grandchildren, Knox Cook, Evelyn and Betty Bloomer.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodbine Funeral Home-Hickory Chapel (5852 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
