He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Brumit Sr. and Ethel Trunary Brumit; his daughter Christy Lynn Brumit; and his siblings, Betty Brumit, Herman Brumit, Dot Brown, Don Brumit, Leon Brumit, Tommy Brumit, Jack Brumit and Jimmy Brumit.

He is survived by: his wife EKaterina; his son Ashlee Paul Brumit (Julie); his siblings, Charlie Brumit, Helen Eaves, June Hedge and Bobby Brumit; and his grandson Ashton Brumit.
