It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Carlock of Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Karen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Karen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Hutchison Carlock and Norma Gleaves Carlock; and her son James "Little Hutch" Crowley. She is survived by: her boyfriend Grover Lavender; her siblings, Hayes Carlock, Bruce Carlock and Jeana Carlock (Chuck Owen); her daughter Jessica Crowley O'Neill; her niece Caitlin Hicks; and her pet Catsy Cline.
