He was predeceased by: his father Jonas "Bill" Avrit, Sr.; and his stepfather Norman Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Candy Raye, Crystal Roberts and Christy Avrit; his mother Roberta Jones; his grandchildren, Katalayah, Khamari, Kyngsleigh Raye and Nevaeh Roberts; and his stepsiblings, Diane Kirby, Rhonda Rives and Paul Jones.
