He was predeceased by: his wife Nell Tolson Schneider; his brother Kenneth George Schneider Jr.; his sister-in-law Barbara Briney Schneider; his nephew Kenneth George Schneider III; and his granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Britt.
He is survived by: his children, John Stillwell "Jac" Schneider, Jr. (Elaine), Andrew Polk Schneider (Janet), Carolyn Harwood Schneider (Barrett Sutton) and George Ross Schneider; his grandchildren, Janet Marie Britt, Joseph Stillwell Schneider (Michalina), Eleanor Holbrook Schneider (Russell Ries), Brandon Murphy Schneider (Rachel), Bailey Ross Schneider, Ellie Rita Thompson and Isabella Sutton; his nephew Robert Marshall Schneider; his great-nephew Christopher Ian Schneider; and his nieces and nephews, Jane Douglas Haggard, Whitney Haggard Hogan (Terry) and John Holman Haggard Jr. Preceding. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to one of Jack's favorite charities, International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
