He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Conklin of Nashville; his significant other Jamie Kennedy of Nashville; his stepfather Walter Conklin; his stepbrother Walter Conklin, Jr.; his cousins, Maybelle Basham of Murfreesboro and Susan Kennedy of Murfreesboro; his aunt Evelyn Casal of New York; his uncle Don Mortel of Beavercreek; his cousins, Ben H. Burks of Vlias, Donna Mortel Evans of Rockville, Barbara Silvis of Sheboygan, Barre Burks of Greenville, N. C. and Barclay Burks of Atlanta; and his close friends, Chad, Diane Mabry, Angel Hummer of Woodbury, Michael Deal of Gadsden, Rene Pankey of Gadsden, Ala., Jill Black Turner, Karen, Michael Grant, Ferman Waysi of Antioch and Maxx.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at the Evergreen Cemetery (519 Greenland Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
