She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calvin Ezzell and Ida Ezzell; her husband Frank Mitchell Mims, Sr.; her brothers, John Orville Ezzell (Dorothy) and James David Ezzell (Betty); and her son Frank Mitchell Mims, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurene Mims Martin (Jody) and Ethel Victoria Mims (Patrick Vick); her grandsons, Isaiah Thomas Brazzell of Dickson, TN and Matthew Martin; her great grandchild Faith Martin of Portland, ME; her daughter-in-law Lana McCoy of Lyles; her nieces, Kay Putman and Renay Melton (Tommy) of Nashville; and her nephew Carl Mims (Janey) of Bozeman, MT. She is also survived by other extended family, friends, and fur babies.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055).
