He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Crumby, and Bonnie Crumby, Sr. of Nashville; his siblings, Johnny Crumby Jr. (Stacy), Joseph Crumby (Jennie) of Nashville and Rebecca Gibson (Erik); and his grandmother Martha Anderson. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Grand Niece.
