He was predeceased by: his wife Loy Southerland; his parents, Jessee Southerland and Leila Southerland; and his siblings, Ann, Sarah, Jane Hedge, Bobby and Buddy Southerland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Eubanks (Tim), Donna Douglas (Anthony) and Kathy Vicente (Apollo); his grandchildren, Hadlea, Jamie Eubanks, Robert Douglas, Shanna Douglas-Mitchell, Matthew, Alexa Vicente and Gabriella Gomez; and his great grandchildren, Keyden Parker, Arabella Gomez and Armani Gomez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
