He was predeceased by: his parent Gladyce Spivey of Madison, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Dunn; his children, Robert Spivey (Misty McCoy) of Nashville, TN and Catherine Rogers; his son-in-law Matt Rogers of Nashville, TN; his granddaughter Elizabeth; and his pet Charlie.
