He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Otey; and his sons, Jaymes Otey and Keith Otey. He is survived by: his children, Bernard Otey and Sharika Otey; and his grandchildren, Dai Otey, Keith Otey, Jr. and Jaymes Otey. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
