He is survived by: his former wives, Mattie Allen and Betty Jean Gilbert; his wife Helen Jones Costello; his children, Tim Costello (Karen), Anita Raulston (Alan), Carol Newton (John) and Mike Costello (Dawn); his grandchildren, Will Costello (Sarah), Gil Costello (Liz), Danielle Wood (Clayton) and Luke Costello (Avery); his children, Amy Matthews (Bob), Colby Costello (Taylor), Tanner Costello, Hayley Costello and Meg Hall (Sawyer); his great grandchildren, Spencer, Sully, Callum, Zane and Finnegan Costello; his grandchildren, Emerson, Eloise, Penelope, Ruby Costello, Maggie, Wyatt, William, Lewis, Miles Wood, Zaida, Juniper Matthews, Liam and Nora Costello; and his siblings, David (Sally), Ray Costello (Linda), Mildred "Chummie" Klingbyll (Jim), Patricia Hall and Donna Copas (Mark).
