He is survived by: his children, Jasmine Payne, Nevaeh Payne, Sarabeth Payne, Katelyn Phillips and Jordan Payne; his siblings, John Payne, Stephanie Payne and Janice Hales; his grandmother Linda Rogers; and his grandchildren, Fantasia Payne and Royalty Payne.
