He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Moser and Ruth Van Hooser Moser; and his brothers, Charles B. Van Hooser, Billy S. Van Hooser and John H. Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda B. Van Hooser; his sons, Jack Van Hooser (Tracy) and David Van Hooser (Joan); his granddaughters, Brandi Burrow (Christopher), Susannah Littlefield (Duncan), Julia and Caroline; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Laynie Burrow, Phoebe and Harper Littlefield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Tennessee Tech awarded him the Flavious Smith Distinguished Alumnus Award for achievement in his employment career and contributions to society.
