He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Watkins Sr. and Laura Etta Laster Watkins; and his sister Elaine Brown. He is survived by: his wife Catrena Lynne Watkins; his sister Laura E. Watkins; his nephew Robert D. Watkins; his extended family, Arnett Sims, Marjorie Abernathy, Eugene Smith, Sheila Robinson and Larry Thompson; his aunt Olivette Baily (Smith); and his uncle Ronald Lee Laster.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory (2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
