He is survived by: his children, Regina Phillips (Shelah) and Darwin Tyler (Janice); his siblings, Bonnie Bowman and George Kellogg (Denise); and his wife Regina Phillips (Shelah). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
