We bid farewell to Georgia Farmer of Nashville, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 7, 2025 at the age of 98. Georgia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Georgia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Georgia. Though Georgia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Watts and Wilhelmina McElwain Watts; and her daughters, Barbara, Patricia and Georgia Farmer.
She is survived by: her son Robert W. Farmer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home (1510 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
