He was predeceased by: his parents, Lona Mae and Archie Williams; and his siblings, Billy Jean, Bob, Ann, Pat, Jimmy and Eddie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Williams; his daughter Niki Stutts (Mike); his grandchildren, Steven Weston, Micah Stutts and Kaylee Stutts; his sisters, Nancy White and Kay Gilles (Jack); his mother-in-law Margaret Downing; and his siblings-in-law, Elouise Williams (Gerald) and Doug Downing (Shay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
