She is survived by: her children, Larry Mason of Madisonville, TN, Jefferson "Jeff" Kuykendall of Nashville, TN and Jennifer Kuykendall of Nashville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Andrea Mason Gunter (Jason), Alicia Mason Russell (Sammie) and Allyson Mason Bowers (Caleb).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in her memory to the Alive Hospice 1718 Patterson St. Nashville, TN 37203.
