With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Humphrey Jr. (Nashville, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 82. He is survived by: his wife Orrilla Humphrey; his children, Lisa of Cleveland, Reesa Ann, Pam of Clarksville, TN and Fredrick of California; his siblings, Robert Humphrey (Brenda), Alvin Humphrey (Marie), Finnis Washington of Pulaski, TN, Patricia Ann Smith, Mattie Swinger, Carolyn Cash, Dorothy Walker, Sharon Claybrooks (Roderick), Brenda Flourney III (Thaddeus), Wanda Humphrey and Angela Smith; and his friends, Johnny Steele and Ann Earthman. He is also survived by 17 Nieces, 16 nephews; host of great nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory (2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 1248 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
