We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2019, at the age of 82, Frances E. Fox (Nashville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Monroe and Verna Henry Capps; her husband Wayne Fox; and her son Danny Fox. She is survived by: her son Ron Fox of Nashville; and her granddaughter Haley Montes-Fox. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
