She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ray Varney and Barbara Simpkins Varney; and her husband Ralph DeBolt. She is survived by: her sister Joyce Sinclair; her daughters, Debbie Allen and Donna Kelly; and her caregiver Glysda Small. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
