She was predeceased by: her husband John Franklyn Collins; and her children, Judith Ann Pugh and John Michael Collins. She is survived by: her children, James Mitchell Collins, Jerry S. Collins (Sandra), Jeffrey Clayton Collins (Molly), Sandra Jayne Buda (Thomas), Janet Lynn Collins, Rosemary Janice Dworak and Jennifer Louise Martin (James); her siblings, Thomas E. Carmichael (Sibyl) and Martha Sue Hickman; and her daughters-in-law, Sandra Collins and Kathy Collins. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 9 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home - Nashville Chapel (2707 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
