She is survived by: her daughter April Burgess of Hermitage, TN; her grandchildren, Avian and Aliah; her sisters, Debra Duff of Franklin, TN and Diana Jamison of Franklin, TN; her niece Amanda Jamison Willingham of Thompson's Station, TN; and her friends, Pam Smithson Parker and Rheva Irvin Curtis.
