He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Weakley; his stepfather Mack Starks, Sr.; his brothers, Thomas D. Weakley, William Conger, Darrell Ray and William Ferguson; and his nephew Donald L. Weakley, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia B. Weakley; his mother Fannie Starks; his children, Tara Lowman, Johnnetria Meadows (Iran), Reginald Wallace (Renee) and Kenneth Wallace (Angie); his siblings, Mack Starks, Jr. (Angela), Gregory Ray (Denise) and Tia Osborn (Jody); and his friends, Dennis Howard, John Morrow, Ronald "Duck" Cook and Tim Holt. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church (2200 26th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 1248 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
