He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Cagle; and his parents, Raymon Harlow and Virginia Steele Harlow. He is survived by: his brother Gale Harlow (Beth); his niece Sherrie Kearn; and his nephews, William Harlow and David Harlow.
A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221).
