Templeton of Nashville, Tennessee, born in Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Burnice Bewley and Dona Lois Horn Bewley; her husband James Elmer Templeton, Sr.; and her siblings, Wayne Bewley, Charlie Burnice Bewley, Jr., Mary Frances Hicks and Beatrice Kendall.
She is survived by: her children, Kellie Canfield (Mark) of Nashville, TN, Donna Jones (James) of Portsmouth, OH and James Templeton, Jr. of Rockvale, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Smyrna Tuesday (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Smyrna (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Mapleview Cemetery (411 Maple St, Smyrna, TN 37167).
