With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Allen Sumner of Nashville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 58. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Sumner and Barbara Kennedy Sumner; his brothers, Luther Sumner Jr. and James Aubrey Sumner; and his stepsister Janet Skeeters.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Sumner; his stepmother Sandra Sumner; his parents-in-law, Joyce Fox and Kenneth Pennington; and his stepsisters, Donna Parham and Vicci Higgs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Washington Cemetery.
