He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herschel Dobbins and Sadie Lorene Dobbins; and his brothers, William Billy Dobbins and Gary Dobbins. He is survived by: his children, Kelli Hasley (Shawn), DJ Dobbins, Ciera Dobbins and Jacob Dobbins. He is also survived by his family and friends.
