He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Mary Ann Vaughn; and his brother Johnny Vaughn. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Vaughn (Nicole) and Jennifer Vaughn; his grandchildren, Raelynn Elise Vaughn, Knox-Rian Evelyn Vaughn and Tomi Collins Susan Vaughn; his sister Michelle Wright; his sister-in-law Stephanie Vaughn; his nephews, Timothy Vaughn, Andrew Vaughn and Kenneth Wright (Whitney); and his niece Megan Shearin.
