He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Gentry (Margaret) and Nancy Gentry Payne; his nieces, Cindy Shaffer and Bethany Gentry; his sisters-in-law, Shannon Osborne and Emma Phillips; and his close friends, Pat Maberry, Jaunita Eller and Ken Covington.
