He is survived by: his parents, Charles Farley of Dyersburg and Pearl Perry (Charles Perry, Jr.); his children, Nevaeh Farley, Layla Ellis, Kolter Farley, Lucas Martin, Gunnar Farley and Stetson Farley; his siblings, Bobbie Jo Farley, Maretha Isbell of Dyersburg, Hailey Bodhaine, Dallas Dale Perry (Lauren), Chad Andrew Perry (Jenniffer Cotto) and Matthew Perry (Cynthia); his nieces, Winter Rose Perry, Catrina, Lillian and Nico; his close friend Lindsey Ellis; and his grandmother Marlene Faye Staggs. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216).
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made to help with funeral services.
