He is survived by: his wife Connie James Weaver; his son Lorne Mills of Phoenix, Arizona; his stepdaughter Katie Moore of Los Angeles, California; his siblings, Barton Weaver (Ella) of Bossier City, Louisiana and Karen Singleton (Don) of Memphis, Tennessee; his nieces and nephews, Hayden Weaver, Kirk Weaver, Lindsey Shelton and Becky Aston; his sister-in-law Sharon James Grubbs (Don); and his pets, Bubba and Leon.
