He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Porter and Virginia Porter McWhirter; and his siblings, Lavone Beem, Pat Burnidge and Steven Porter.
He is survived by: his significant other Gale C. Porter; his children, Leslie Porter Dellinger, Carla Wilson (Kenny), Jeff Porter (Mary) and Michael Dellinger Porter (Courtney); his grandchildren, Scott Tancak, Ethan Wilson, Kaitlyn Oconnor (Josh), Justin Porter and Ava Pinelli Porter; and his great grandchildren, Korbin, Kloe Tancak, Leighton Fulmer and Logan Oconnor. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
