She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Spivey and Versie Moss Spivey (Raggio "Joe" Forkum); and her siblings, Raymond, Ralph, James Spivey, Alma Bauer, Thelma Meadows and Joanne Spivey.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Spivey; her nieces and nephews, Pat Knowles, Nancy Meadows, Glenda Hammock, Keith Spivey, Larry Meadows and James Spivey; and her close friends, Peggy Tackett and Deborah Fixel.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wilson County Memorial (618 S Maple St, Lebanon, TN 37087).
