He is survived by: his wife Tracy Crutchfield; his siblings, Emma Coleman (Jimmy), Toni London, Rev. James A. Crutchfield, Jr. (Sonja) and Frank Crutchfield (Norma); and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Birdie Farris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (301 S Washington St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
