He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Qualls and Tennielee Travis; and his siblings, Frank Qualls (Inell), Donald Qualls, James Qualls, Maryann Victory, Dorothy Faulk and Charlotte Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Louise Jones Qualls; his children, Jason Qualls and Kristy Lewis (Keith); his grandchildren, Christian Qualls and Kylie Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Marie Hartley, Sandra Cunningham, April Ungar, Wanda Thomas, Trent Faulk, Chuck Faulk and Tim Qualls.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home (145 Innsbrooke Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37128). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hurricane Grove Cemetery.
