She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Irvin and Emma Victory Neely; her siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Simpkins, Mamie Julie Williams, Robbie "Inky" Gaither and Irvin "Fat Rabbit" Neely; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Jean Patton.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Patton; her sons, Jeffrey "Jeff" Bullock (Mary) and Joseph "Joey" Bullock (Alexis Beal); her grandchildren, Declan, Josefina, Alexander and Juliana; her siblings, Shirley Montgomery, Sherry Nunley and Sammy Neely; her stepsons, Edward Patton, Bobby Patton (Melinda), David Patton (Mindy) and Terry Patton (Angela); and her friend Kay "Katie" Wooldridge. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
