It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rubye Alice Sims Todd of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Franklin and Emogene Goodwin Sims; her siblings, Jean Ann Sims Chambers and Glenn "Buckshot" Sims; and her brother-in-law Bob Chambers.
She is survived by: her husband John I. Todd; her children, Kim Todd Fisher of Murfreesboro and Mike Todd (Margaret) of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Andrew Todd of Murfreesboro, Allie Ervin (Derek), Matthew Todd of Murfreesboro and Charlie Fisher of Murfreesboro; her great grandchildren, Liam and Mo Ervin; her close friends, Mike and Susan Bowers; her brothers, Keith Sims (Freda) of Sparta and Tommy Sims of Sparta; and her sister-in-law Kim Sims of Sparta. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
