He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lawrence and Ora Redwine Holder. He is survived by: his wife Donna Holder; his children, Anne Bolano (Robert) and Matt Holder (Andrea); his grandchildren, Carla Rodriguez and Avery Holder; and his brother Jerry Holder (Bonnie).
