He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Wolfe and Emma Nuckols Wolfe; his wife Norma Wolfe; his siblings, Donna West, David Richard, Jim Richard, Jack Richard and Billy Wolfe; and his stepdaughters, Kacy Davis and Susan Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Richard and Jessi (Betty Rhoads) of Hillsboro, OH; his stepdaughters, Michelle Howell (Chris) of Clarksville, OH and Christy Underwood (David) of Salina, KS; and his siblings, Dean Wolfe, Donald Wolfe, Mary Dixon and Emma Blair. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
