He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Betty of Murfreesboro, TN; his children, Rod Sullivan (Christy) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Richie Sullivan (Kim) of Hermitage, TN and Saharra Jewell of Murfreesboro, TN.; his grandchildren, Matthew Sullivan (Jennifer), Preston Sullivan, Avery and Camryn Jewell; and his siblings, Elaine Giles (Charles) of Lake Mary, FL and Marvin Sullivan (Lois) of Ootlewah, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
