She was predeceased by: her husband James Howard Frey; her daughter Karen Watts; her granddaughters, Ashley Watts Waldron and Abby Collins; her parents, Richard Staggs and Vera Staggs; and her brothers, Samford Staggs, Wallace Staggs and Richard Staggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Kerry Collins; her grandchildren, Michael Collins (Marleana) and Katie Collins; and her great grandchildren, Luna Waldron, Addie Collins and Tate Collins.
