He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Rachel Ellen Leatherbury Collinson. He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Collinson; his daughters, Patricia "Pat" Harvey and Donna Harris; his grandchildren, Richard Dale Harvey (Kelley), Bryan Louis Harvey (Shannon), Elizabeth Ann Bardowski (Ed) and Christopher Carney Harris (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Stephanie Grayson, Josh Harvey, Sarah Harvey, Peyton Harvey, Stella Harvey, Naomi Harvey, Logan Potts, Emma Potts and Abbi Harris. He is also survived by 7 great great grandchildren.
