He is survived by: his wife Lillye Moore Yates; his siblings, Jason Worley and NormaJean Richcreek; his grandmother Sue Smith; his aunt Kimberly Smith; his uncle Buddy Yates; his cousin Clinton Smith; and his niece Elizabeth Berry. He is also survived by several other cousins, nieces, family, and friends.
