She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer William and Leta Mae Sipfle (Virgil); her sister Sandi Manley; and her grandsons, Ryan Field and Andy Cook.

She is survived by: her husband Harry Cook; her children, Teena Field (Shawn), Bill Cook (Marilyn), Kelly Alderman and Jennifer Morris (Randy); her grandchildren, David Windhausen, Kelly Ellis (Don), Jeff Cook (Mallory), Allison Alderman, Harry Alderman and Hunter Morris; her sister Nancy Proctor (Duane); and her great grandchildren, Greyson, Marley, Henry, Sydney and Levi. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
