She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Stuart Hudson and Ruth Woolsey Hudson; her husband Robert Wade VanDervort, Sr.; her sons, Robert Wade VanDervort, Jr. and Eric VanDervort; and her daughter-in-law Carol VanDervort.
She is survived by: her brother Stuart Hudson; her children, Jim VanDervort, Carol Hawkins (Tim), Susan Lynch (Lyle), Scott VanDervort and John VanDervort (Dorothy); and her daughter-in-law Lydia VanDervort. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home (145 Innsbrooke Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37128). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are welcomed but donations are encouraged to St Mark's Methodist Church in Murfreesboro to support the SAGES ministry.
