She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Albert and Lydia Myrtle Preston Harrell; her husband Sterling Parton; her son Lynn Harris; and her siblings, Ed, Leo, Forrest, Jesse, Homer "Snook" Harrell, Annabell Medlock, Mamie Brandon, Susie Wallace and Clara Harrell.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth "Kenny" Harris (Janet) of Woodbury, TN; her grandsons, Chris Harris of Murfreesboro, TN and Trent Harris of Shelbyville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Todd and Walter Harris.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Murfreesboro Tuesday (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Dilton Cemetery.
