She was predeceased by: her parents, Samual Clyde and Katie Mae Gregory Thomas; and her siblings, Claude, Bub, Jack, Mikey Thomas, Mary Lou Deal "Sis", Jean Warren and Vicki Gilley.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Lewis (Renee), Phillip Lewis and Teresa Howell (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Shelbie King (Justin), Jesse Lewis, Matthew (Ashley) and Mychael Howell (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Roman, Haylee, Jace, Jaxson, Nolan and Archie Howell; and also Audrey King.
