She was predeceased by: her parents, David Parks and Idella Joines Ray of Independence, VA.; and her husband Muncy Mitchell Barker of Independence, VA.. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Carol Phipps and Charlotte Lusby; her son-in-law Russ (Richard Barker) of Parkville, MD; and also Bob of Murfreesboro, TN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great- grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and many extended family.
